Defense Technology Executive Will Lead Business Development Efforts for KUITY’s U.S. Government Division

San Diego, CA – June 7, 2010 – KUITY Corp., a leading provider of operational risk and valuation advanced analytics, announced today that Frank Unetic has joined KUITY Corp. as Vice President of Business Development and KUITY’s Senior Program Manager for the U.S. Government and Department of Defense.  In this role he will provide leadership for KUITY Corp’s expanding suite of applied analytic solutions for the defense market.

Unetic is an accomplished naval officer.  Prior to retiring from the Navy in 2007, he was the Commanding Officer for SPAWAR Systems Center San Diego where he led one of the largest Navy Research and Development organizations.  While commanding SPAWAR Systems Center San Diego, Captain Unetic implemented change management concepts of leadership to drive adoption of Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and the standardized Program Management Guide across hundreds of projects resulting in improved quality, greater functionality at cost and reduced cycle time for changes.

Previously Unetic served as Major Program Manager for Naval Submarine Communications.  In this role, he was responsible for the oversight of development, fielding and support for submarine communications systems. 

Unetic holds an MS in Computer Information Science from the University of Phoenix and a BS in Biology from the University of Minnesota. He has also completed the National Security Executive Seminar at Syracuse University and the Defense Acquisition University program.
